Massage Therapist

I am a dedicated massage therapist with a mission to empower my clients on their journey to wellness. Since graduating from the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Chicago in 2015, I have specialized in various modalities including intraoral massage, deep tissue, Neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, prenatal and injury treatment. My approach to massage therapy goes beyond the physical aspects of healing; I strive to create a safe and nurturing space where clients can feel heard and supported.

I am deeply passionate about education and believe that informed clients are empowered clients. During each session, I take the time to explain the techniques I am using and the reasons behind them. I am committed to teaching clients how to care for themselves between sessions, equipping them with the knowledge and tools they need to maintain their well-being long-term. I believe that every client is unique, and I tailor each session to meet their specific needs and goals. My ultimate goal is for every client to leave my table feeling not only physically revitalized but also empowered to take charge of their own well-being.
